It is with great sadness we announce the passing of another classmate. Jane Henaughan Smith has told us of her brother, Stephen, on Saturday of last weekend. Steve's obituary follows:

On July 20th, 2024 we bid farewell to Stephen John Henaughan of Rolling Meadows at the age of 72. Graduate of Forest View High School in 1969, Steve, throughout his life was a positive influence in our local community. As a long time employee of Ameritech, Steve still found the time to dedicate himself to improving Rolling Meadows. Park Commissioner and MC of Diamondfest were a few of his favorite accomplishments. Passing away peacefully at home, he will be lovingly remembered by his significant other Daryl Jane DePrincipe "Dee". Sons; Sean (Jackie) and Shane (Akiko) Henaughan. Step sons; Mike and Chris (Melody) Cosman. Grand children; Chloe, Russ, Sydney, Taylor, Madison, Morgan, Mya, Carter. Sister; Jane (Matt) Smith, Diane (Ken) Poston. Sister in-law Lori Henaughan. Predeceased by parents John & Ginnie Henaughan. Service will be held from 2PM-5PM on Friday 7/26/24 at Meadows Funeral Home located at 3615 Kirchoff Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL60008.
